What does this delivery slip do?
A delivery slip is an administrative form used to record deliveries and allocate them across different cost centres or departments. This ELVE delivery slip helps you register incoming goods systematically and assign the costs directly to the correct budgets.

Why choose this double format?
This delivery slip has a double format of 210×210 mm, which provides sufficient space for noting multiple items per delivery. The square format is practical because it fits neatly into standard ring binders and folders, while still leaving you enough writing space for all the necessary details.

Automatic copying without carbon paper
The form works with self-copying (autocopiant) paper, which means your writing pressure is automatically transferred to the copy without needing any carbon paper. Each page produces one copy, so you always have a duplicate for your own records while the original can be sent to the relevant department.

Practical stock for regular users
With 50 sheets per pad, you have enough supply for several months, depending on how often you receive deliveries. It is useful to keep the pad in a fixed spot in the warehouse or at the reception desk, so staff can use the form straight away when incoming deliveries arrive.
