When do you need card index tabs?
Card index tabs are used to organise documents neatly in ring binders, lever arch files or suspension files. They are indispensable when you want to separate different categories and need quick access to specific information. These tabs are especially useful for project files, administration or archive work where you regularly need to consult documents.

Why choose a 12-part system?
With 12 tabs you create enough categories for extensive organisation without it becoming cluttered. This number offers the perfect balance between detailed sorting and ease of use. The A4+ format ensures that the tabs project slightly above your A4 documents, so they always remain clearly visible.

Manila card of 225 g/m² for durability
The 225 g/m² Manila card gives these tabs the sturdiness you need for intensive use. This weight prevents the tabs from curling or tearing when you flip through them regularly. The blank design with coloured tabs gives you the flexibility to decide for yourself which arrangement to use, while the different colours ensure quick visual recognition.

Practical tip for optimal use
Write the category names on the coloured tabs with a permanent marker for the best legibility. Place the tabs in your folder so that the most frequently used sections are at the front. By consistently using the same colour code for similar projects, you build a recognisable system that boosts your productivity.
