When do you need these index tabs?
You use these cardboard index tabs to organise documents neatly in folders and find them quickly. They are ideal for structuring files, project folders or archive purposes where you regularly need access to different sections.

Why choose this 6-part system?
With six tabs, you can divide your documents into six main categories, which suits most standard filing systems. The A4+ format fits perfectly in standard ring binders and suspension files, and the extra space ensures the tabs remain clearly visible above your documents.

What does Manila card 225 g/m² mean?
This tab is made of Manila card weighing 225 grams per square metre. This means it is sturdy enough to withstand regular use without tearing, yet not so thick that it becomes awkward in your folder. The blank version gives you the freedom to add your own desired text or codes.

Practical tip for use
The coloured tabs make it possible to set up a visual system in which each colour represents a different category. For example, you can assign a theme to each colour and use it consistently across all your folders for a uniform filing system throughout the office.
