What is a signature folder used for?
A signature folder is used to present documents in an organised way for signing by several people. You can circulate multiple documents at once, with each signatory having their own compartment. This prevents documents from getting lost and gives a clear overview of who has already signed.

Why choose this A4 version?
The A4 format, measuring 240 x 320 mm, fits standard office paper perfectly and suits most filing systems. You don't have to choose between too few compartments or an awkwardly large folder.

Durable construction with practical details
The PVC cover with a fabric-reinforced, flexible spine keeps the folder in shape, even under heavy use. The compartments are made of 300 g/m² pink recycled cardboard with reinforced corners, meaning they withstand regular insertion and removal of documents. The pink colour ensures good visibility of documents.

Practical office organisation
The label holder on the front lets you clearly label the folder with, for example, the document type or period. The triple punching in the compartments ensures documents stay neatly in place. This folder fits in standard office cupboards and can be stored upright thanks to its stable construction.
