When do you need a signature folder?
A signature folder allows you to circulate documents in a structured way among several people for signature or approval. This A4 format is ideal for standard documents such as contracts, quotations or internal forms that need to be reviewed by different departments or colleagues.

Why choose this folder?
With multiple compartments, this folder offers ample space for approval processes involving many people. You can divide documents logically across the different compartments, for example by department, role or signing order. This prevents papers from getting mixed up during the circulation process.

Durable construction with practical details
The PVC cover protects against dirt and moisture, while the reinforced corners provide extra durability under intensive use. The expandable spine adapts to the number of documents without tearing. The pink 300 g/m² recycled cardboard gives the compartments sturdiness and makes it visually clearer to tell documents apart.

Practical office organisation
The triple punching makes it possible to temporarily store loose documents in a ring binder if needed. The label holder on the front helps you label different projects or departments. The 240 x 320 mm dimensions fit perfectly in standard A4 drawers and cupboards, so storage is never a problem.
