What are binding strips and when do you need them?
Binding strips are essential office supplies that let you bind loose documents into folders and ring binders. You use them when you want to permanently archive important papers without them coming loose or getting damaged. These EXACOMPTA binding strips are ideal for offices, administrations and home workspaces where a lot of documentation is kept.

Why this size is the practical choice
At 35×150 mm, these binding strips fit DIN A4 documents perfectly. The double punch holes spaced 60/80 mm apart make them universally usable with virtually all standard folders and ring binders. The plastic cover strip ensures the binding strips stay firmly in place and do not tear during use.

Colour range for clear organisation
The 250 pieces are supplied in nine different colours: grey, yellow, orange, red, light blue, dark blue, green, black and white. This colour system allows you to organise documents by category, department or priority. For example, you could mark all financial documents with blue strips and staff documents with green strips.

Compatibility with your office equipment
These binding strips work with all common folders and ring binders that use the standard 60/80 mm punch holes. Before use, check that your folder does indeed have this standard punching. With 250 pieces in the pack, you have enough stock for long-term use, so you will need to reorder less often.
