When do you need hinge strips?
Hinge strips are used to store loose documents quickly and neatly in folders or ring binders. These strips are ideal when you want to permanently archive important papers without punching holes in them, or when you want to temporarily bundle documents before they are finally filed away.

Why choose this A4 format?
These hinge strips are specially designed for standard A4 documents and fit perfectly in Dutch office environments. With dimensions of 35×150 mm, they offer enough space to hold several sheets, while remaining compact enough not to get in the way when flipping through your folder.

Double punching for maximum flexibility
The biggest advantage of these EXACOMPTA hinge strips is the double punching with a 60/80 mm hole spacing. This means you can use them in both standard folders and ring binders. The plastic cover strip reinforces the punching so it does not tear, even with frequent use.

Practical storage tip
A pack contains 25 pieces, which is sufficient for a medium-sized administration. Store unused strips flat in a desk drawer to prevent creasing. Always check before use that your folder or ring binder does indeed have a 60/80 mm hole spacing – this is the case with most Dutch office supplies.
