When should you choose collection boxes?
Collection boxes are ideal when you want to keep loose documents, project files or archive items in A4 format organised. This Cartobox from EXACOMPTA is perfect for temporarily storing documents you need regularly, but do not want to archive permanently.

Why a 25 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 25 mm, these boxes offer enough space for a considerable amount of paperwork without becoming too thick for your office shelving. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm ensure that A4 documents fit comfortably without creasing.

Practical construction with Manila board
These collection boxes are made of 0.5 mm Manila board, which is sturdy enough for daily use yet remains lightweight. The three flaps and elastic bands ensure your documents stay well protected and do not fall out of the box. The labellable spine panel helps you identify the contents quickly.

Efficient storage and organisation
These boxes are delivered flat-packed in sets of 25, which saves space during storage. With fifteen different colours, you can develop your own colour-coding system for different projects or departments. Thanks to the flaps and elastic bands, you can also store the boxes upright without the contents falling out.
