When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used for temporarily gathering and organising A4 documents before you archive them permanently. This is ideal for ongoing projects, files that are not yet complete, or documents you consult regularly.

Why this spine width of 25 mm?
With a spine width of 25 mm, this Cartobox offers room for a limited number of documents. This size is perfect when you want to collect smaller files or when you want to place several narrow boxes side by side for a clear arrangement of different subjects.

Manila board for durable use
The 0.5 mm thick manila board provides sturdiness without making the box too heavy. This material has been specially developed for archiving purposes and retains its shape even with regular use. The writable spine label makes it possible to clearly label the contents.

Practical fold-flat construction
The box is delivered flat and is easy to assemble when you need it. The three flaps with elastic bands keep your documents safely in place and ensure nothing falls out. You can store the box either upright or lying flat, depending on your available space.
