What are document folders and when do you need them?
Document folders are essential for keeping loose papers and documents organised. You use them when you want to protect important documents from damage while keeping them neatly archived. They are ideal for storing contracts, reports, quotations and other business documentation.

Why choose this A4 size?
These EXACOMPTA folders are specifically designed for standard A4 documents measuring 240 x 320 mm. A4 is the Dutch standard for business correspondence, so these folders fit perfectly with your daily office needs. The red colour makes it easy to visually distinguish specific document categories.

Sturdy protection thanks to double flaps
What sets these folders apart is the system with two folding flaps: a bottom flap of 55 mm and a side flap of 75 mm. This double protection ensures your documents are fully enclosed and cannot fall out. The 210 gram per square metre card offers sufficient sturdiness without making the folders unwieldy.

Practical supply for office use
With 50 pieces in one pack, you have a generous stock for long-term use right away. This prevents you from having to reorder folders regularly and ensures consistency in your filing system. You can assign each project or department its own red folder, keeping your administration clear and organised.
