When should you choose document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for keeping loose documents neatly organised. You use them when you want to protect your paperwork from damage while still having quick access to the contents. These folders are ideal for project files, client folders or sorting administration.

Why choose this A4 format?
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format offers enough room for your papers without them shrinking or folding. With 50 pieces in one pack, you have sufficient stock straight away for larger sorting and archiving projects.

Sturdy protection with double flaps
The paper weight of 210 g/m² provides enough sturdiness without making the folders too heavy. The two flaps offer extra protection: the bottom flap of 55 mm and side flap of 75 mm keep your documents safely in place. This means loose papers won't fall out of the folder, even during transport or storage.

Practical tip for use
The blue colour helps with colour-coding different categories of documents or departments. By folding the flaps closed properly, even smaller documents such as receipts or notes stay neatly inside the folder. Store the folders upright in an archive box or suspension file for optimal accessibility.
