When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for organising and protecting loose documents in the office, administration or home workspace. You use them when you want to keep important papers together without punching holes in them, or as temporary storage before documents are permanently archived.

Why choose this A4 format?
These document folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format offers enough space to store your papers neatly without them creasing or being damaged. With 100 pieces in one pack, you immediately have a substantial supply for intensive office use.

Sustainable 220-gram paper
The 220 g/m² card provides enough sturdiness to protect your documents without making the folders too heavy. The material is made entirely from recycled paper, contributing to a more sustainable office environment. This thickness offers a good balance between protection and practical use.

Practical organisation with colour coding
The light blue colour helps you organise different projects or categories of documents. You can use folders in different colours to distinguish between departments, projects or priorities. Store the folders upright in a document box or flat in a drawer for optimal accessibility.
