What is a sorting folder and when do you need one?
A sorting folder is a sturdy paper folder that you use to temporarily organise and protect loose documents. You need sorting folders when you regularly work with loose paperwork that you want to group by project, client or subject before it is finally filed away.

Why choose this format and quantity?
These EXACOMPTA sorting folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them suitable for standard DIN A4 documents. With 100 pieces in assorted colours, you have enough stock for larger offices or long-term use. The different colours help you visually distinguish between different categories of documents.

A sustainable choice made from 100% recycled material
These folders are made entirely from recycled material and have a weight of 220 g/m². This provides enough sturdiness to protect documents, while also making an environmentally friendly choice. The paper is strong enough for daily use without tearing easily.

Practical use in your workspace
Thanks to their standard DIN A4 compatibility, these folders fit perfectly in your existing filing cabinets and document trays. You can use them as an interim solution before documents are stored in suspension files or ring binders, or as a permanent solution for projects that are consulted regularly but do not need the full capacity of a binder.
