This is why Dex likes this article
This sturdy card document folder keeps your A4 documents safely stored thanks to the three folding flaps. The cheerful pastel yellow colour makes sorting easy and adds a fresh touch to your office.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a document wallet?
A document wallet is used for safely storing and transporting loose documents without having to punch holes in them. This EXACOMPTA wallet is ideal when you want to neatly organise and protect important papers such as contracts, reports or presentations against folding or damage.
Why choose this A4 format in pastel yellow?
The A4 format is a perfect fit for standard Dutch documents and fits in most filing cabinets and drawers. The pastel yellow colour makes it easy to spot this wallet among other documents and gives your filing system a clear colour coding.
Benefits of 280 g/m² card with three flaps
The 280 g/m² card offers sturdy protection without making the wallet too heavy. The three flaps ensure your documents are fully enclosed and cannot shift or fall out, even during transport. This is sturdier than standard wallets with side flaps only.
Check the dimensions for optimal use
With dimensions of 245 x 350 mm, this wallet provides enough room for A4 documents with a little space to spare around the edges. Please note that, due to the three flaps, the wallet is slightly wider than a standard A4 wallet, so check whether it fits your existing filing boxes or drawers before purchasing large quantities.
