When do you need a document folder with a clip?
A document folder with a clip is ideal when you want to transport your documents safely without them blowing away or getting damaged. Unlike ordinary folders, the clip lock holds your papers firmly in place, even during transport or in the wind.

Why this A4 format is the right choice
This folder is specifically designed for A4 documents measuring 240 x 320 mm. The format offers enough room for standard A4 paper without documents creasing or folding over. You can easily keep several sheets in it at once.

How the clip lock works
The practical clip lock on this EXACOMPTA folder ensures that your documents cannot accidentally fall out of the folder. This mechanism is especially handy during presentations, office visits or when you are on the move. The clip opens and closes easily, yet holds the contents securely.

Practical tip for daily use
This black colour is professional and does not stand out in business environments. For optimal use, it is best not to overfill the folder, so that the clip can close properly and the documents are not put under pressure. Preferably store the folder standing or lying flat on a level surface.
