What does this product do?
Document wallets are essential for organising and protecting loose documents in the office. You need them when you want to bundle papers without punching holes in them, or as temporary storage before documents go into ring binders or lever arch files. They are ideal for project files, quotations or documents that are consulted regularly.

Why choose the 240×320 mm size?
This size is specially designed for A4 documents with some extra room. With dimensions of 240×320 mm, these wallets offer sufficient space around your A4 papers, so they don't stick out or get damaged. The size also ensures that even thicker stacks of documents stay neatly protected.

Colour-coded sorting for an overview
This set contains 50 wallets in various colours: dark red, grey, green, light brown, raspberry red, royal blue, ochre, violet and lemon yellow. By using different colours, you can visually separate projects, departments or subjects. This colour system helps you quickly find the right file without having to leaf through every wallet.

Practical tip for use
Create a colour coding system in advance, recording which colour stands for which subject or project. Write this system down on a separate sheet of paper and keep it in your desk drawer. This prevents confusion when colleagues also work with the document wallets and keeps your filing system consistent.
