What does this elastic folder do, and when do you need it?

An elastic folder with flaps is the ideal choice when you want to keep loose documents together without binding or punching them. The three flaps fold over your papers on all sides, so nothing shifts or falls out. That makes this folder practical for storing quotes, contracts, reports or other A4 documents that you handle regularly.

Why this particular format and finish?

The folder is specifically designed for A4 format, measuring 240 x 320 mm, so standard A4 paper fits perfectly without creasing or sticking out at the edges. The corner elastic keeps the three flaps securely closed, so the contents stay protected even when you place the folder in a bag or drawer.

An honest look at the card

The card is finished in Colorspan with a weight of 355 g/m². That is sturdier than ordinary cover card, but it is not a rigid cardboard folder — the folder flexes with use and is therefore lightweight. For documents you don't use intensively every day, and which you want to store or transport, this weight offers sufficient sturdiness.

Practical tip for use

A pre-printed field has been applied to the front, on which you can note the contents. This is handy if you use several folders side by side and want to quickly find the right file. The red colour additionally helps to visually distinguish folders from one another, for example by project or department. Ideally, store the folder upright in a drawer unit or on a shelf to help it keep its shape.
