When do you use an accordion folder?
An accordion folder is the ideal solution when you want to keep different documents separate without punching holes in them. With multiple compartments, you can organise projects, months, clients or document categories clearly. The expandable pleated spine adjusts automatically to the amount of contents, so your folder always closes neatly.

Why choose this A4 format with this capacity?
This accordion folder is specifically designed for A4 documents and offers room for up to 350 sheets per compartment. This means you can store a considerable amount of paperwork without the folder becoming too heavy. The 235 x 335 mm format ensures your A4 documents fit comfortably without creasing.

Durable construction with elastic closure
The folder features sturdy plastic tabs and coloured inner compartments of firm 225 gram card. The elastic rubber bands keep everything securely in place, even when the folder is full. This combination of materials ensures long-lasting use, even with frequent transport of documents.

Practical colour coding and packaging
You receive 6 pieces in an assorted mix of blue, black and turquoise. This colour variation helps you visually distinguish between different projects or periods. Please note that when you order, you will receive an assortment of colours, so you can start straight away with a logical colour-coding system for your document management.
