When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This EXACOMPTA rental contract set has been specifically designed for letting unfurnished properties in France. The set contains all the forms and documents required under French law when concluding a rental agreement for unfurnished premises.
Why this complete 8-piece set?
The set ensures that you, as a landlord, are fully compliant with French regulations. You receive 3 rental contract forms, 2 triplicate self-copying inspection sheets for the condition of the property, 2 information forms on rights and obligations, and 1 duplicate self-copying guarantee deed. This means you can conclude multiple rental agreements without having to order forms again.
Self-copying forms for efficiency
A key advantage of this set is the self-copying (carbonless) forms for the inspection sheets and the guarantee deed. This means you automatically get copies without using separate carbon paper or a photocopier. The inspection sheets are triplicate, so the tenant, the landlord and, if applicable, a third party each receive a copy.
Compliance with French legislation
All forms in this set comply with the French decree of 29 May 2015 and contain the mandatory information on rights and obligations. This is essential for landlords operating under French law, as using non-compliant documents can cause legal problems in the event of disputes or termination of rental agreements.
