What does this document wallet do and when do you need it?
A document wallet helps you keep loose documents organised together without needing a full binder straight away. This EXACOMPTA variant is handy when you want to sort papers by subject, project or period, for example for keeping track of invoices, correspondence or meeting documents.

Why this format and this version?
The wallet is suitable for A4 format and has seven compartments, so you can create a clear arrangement straight away without any extra tools. The dimensions are 245 x 320 mm, which matches standard A4 documents. The elastic closure keeps the wallet shut so nothing falls out during transport or storage.

Honest about the material
The wallet is made of Colorspan board weighing 355 g/m², which gives it a sturdy structure. Board is lighter than hard plastic alternatives, but for daily use at the office or at home this material offers sufficient resistance. The inside surfaces are black, which is practical because stains are less visible.

Practical tip for use and storage
With seven compartments you can arrange documents by theme, but it is wise to label the compartments so you can quickly find what you are looking for. The printed outside and the grey appearance make the wallet easy to recognise in a stack or bag. Store the wallet upright in a drawer or on a shelf to keep the cardboard structure in good condition for as long as possible.
