This is why Dex likes this article
This Ordonator brings instant structure to your documents thanks to its 26 compartments with pre-printed A–Z labels. The reinforced cardboard cover and expandable back keep everything neatly in place for years.
When do you choose this product?
What does an alphabetical accordion file do?
An A-Z accordion file is ideal when you want to file documents alphabetically. This system works perfectly for client files, supplier details or other documents you need to be able to find quickly by name. With 26 compartments, you have a separate section for every letter of the alphabet.
Why choose this expanding system?
This accordion file has an expandable pleated back that grows with the number of documents you store in it. This prevents the file from becoming overfilled and keeps documents from getting creased. The A4 format fits perfectly with standard Dutch office sizes.
Sturdy construction with practical details
The file is made of cardboard with a reinforcing plastic coating, which ensures durability with regular use. The inside consists of 300 gsm cardboard in a neutral ivory colour. The plastic index tabs have a magnifying effect, making the letters clearer and helping you find the right compartment more quickly.
Ready to use straight away
You receive the file with pre-printed labels, so you can get started right away without making your own. The dimensions of 250 x 330 mm offer enough space for A4 documents. This file is particularly suitable when you want a clear filing system without the complexity of suspension files or larger filing systems.
