What does this ordner folder do, and when do you need it?
A folder with compartments is the ideal solution if you want to sort documents without punching or binding them. This EXACOMPTA version offers 12 compartments, allowing you to organise a large amount of paperwork clearly. Think of keeping project files, administration per month, or sorting correspondence by subject.

Why this format and this version?
The folder is suitable for A4 format, the standard size for virtually all office and home office documentation in the Netherlands. With 12 compartments, you have enough organisation for extensive files without needing multiple folders. The red colour makes it easy to quickly find this folder among others in your archive.

An honest note on the material
The folder is made of Colorspan card with a weight of 355 g/m², which ensures a sturdy construction that can handle regular use. The inside surfaces are finished in black and the flap is printed. An elastic band keeps the folder closed, so loose documents don't slip out of the compartments during transport or storage.

Practical tip for use and storage
The dimensions of 245 × 320 mm are matched to A4 documents, but do bear in mind that, due to its thickness, the folder is not suitable for storing in a standard ring binder. Lay it flat in a drawer or stand it upright in a wide magazine holder for the best results. If you want to organise multiple folders by colour, red is available in the EXACOMPTA range alongside other colours, so you can use a colour code per project or department.
