What does this ordnermap do and when do you need it?
A ordnermap is ideal if you want to sort loose documents and keep them to hand without having to store them in a ring binder. This EXACOMPTA version offers seven compartments, so you can keep different categories of documents neatly together in a single folder.

Why choose this format and version?
The folder is suitable for A4 format and measures 245 x 320 mm, so standard documents fit in neatly and without folding. With seven compartments, you have plenty of room to separate projects, clients or monthly overviews, for example. The red colour also makes the folder instantly recognisable when you use several folders side by side.

An honest note on the material
The folder is made from 355 g/m² Colorspan board, which provides a sturdy construction that holds its shape well. The inside is finished in black, giving a sleek contrast with the contents and making stains less visible. An elastic band keeps the folder closed, so your documents won't slide out of the compartments when you carry it around.

Practical tip for use
As the folder has no ring mechanism, it is most suitable for documents you regularly consult or pass on, but do not want to archive permanently. If you want to use several folders by colour as a colour-coding system, it is useful to know that EXACOMPTA also produces the folder in other colours under the 5407 series. Store the folder upright in a drawer or on a shelf to keep the board firm for as long as possible.
