What does this document wallet do, and when do you need it?
A document wallet is used when you want to keep loose documents, quotes, reports or correspondence together, either temporarily or long-term, without them getting scattered. This EXACOMPTA folder is suitable for A4 format and keeps your papers neatly organised in one place, whether you work in an office or keep your administration at home.

Why this format and this finish?
The folder is made from 355 g/m² Colorspan card, which gives it a sturdy construction that keeps its shape even when you regularly pick it up and put it down. With a width of 240 mm and a height of 320 mm, it fits standard A4 documents precisely, without the papers having to be folded or sticking out. The three inside flaps hold the contents secure on all sides, so nothing falls out when you carry or store the folder.

An honest note on the closure
The corner elastic band — an elastic that is stretched over the corners of the folder — is a simple but effective method of closing. It keeps the folder shut without you having to operate a clasp or press stud, which is pleasant when you need to work quickly. Do bear in mind, however, that this closure is less suitable if you fill the folder for long periods with many loose, heavy documents, as the elastic will then be under considerable tension.

Practical tip for use
The front of the folder has a printed cover on which you can write your details, useful for quick identification in a stack or on a desk. The black finish gives the folder a neutral appearance that suits both internal filing and presentations to external parties. Preferably store the folder upright in a drawer or on a shelf to prevent the card from creasing.
