What does this writing set do?
A complete writing set is ideal when you want to carry out various writing tasks with a consistent look. This Faber-Castell POLY BALL URBAN set combines a ballpoint pen for everyday writing with two pencils for sketching, notes or drawing. The pink colour adds a striking, personal touch to your writing.

Why choose this combination?
This set contains exactly what you need for versatile use: one ballpoint pen with an XB point for smooth writing and two pencils with B grade hardness. The B hardness means the pencils write more softly than standard pencils, giving you darker lines that are easier to see. With two pencils, you always have a spare to hand.

The advantage of the XB point
The XB (extra broad) point of the ballpoint pen produces thicker lines than ordinary ballpoint pens. This makes your handwriting easier to read and gives your text more character. For people who like to write with a bit more pressure or make larger letters, this point width is more comfortable than thin pens.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the pencils at room temperature for the best writing performance of the B grade. The soft lead core can become even softer in heat, which may lead to more wear. Thanks to Faber-Castell's consistent URBAN range, all the components match perfectly in design and quality.
