When do you need a mechanical pencil?
A mechanical pencil such as the Faber-Castell GRIP 1345 is ideal when you want to draw consistently thin, sharp lines without having to sharpen regularly. This makes it perfect for technical drawing, detailed work, taking notes and situations where precision matters.

Why choose a 0.5 mm lead?
The 0.5 mm lead offers the perfect balance between fine detail and line strength. This thickness is thinner than an ordinary pencil but thick enough to avoid constant breakage. You can use it to write small lettering as well as to draw clear lines for graphs or sketches.

Ergonomic design for long-term use
This mechanical pencil has an ergonomic rubberised grip zone that gives your fingers a stable, comfortable hold. Thanks to this rubber zone, your fingers are less likely to tire during extended writing or drawing sessions. The retractable tip protects the delicate graphite lead from breaking when you store the pencil.

Practical: a built-in eraser saves time
The extra-long eraser at the back means you don't need a separate eraser for small corrections. This is especially handy for mathematical calculations or sketches where you regularly need to make small adjustments. The eraser lasts longer than on standard mechanical pencils, so you'll need to replace it less often.
