What does this mechanical pencil do and when do you need it?
A mechanical pencil offers a constant line thickness without the need for sharpening, which makes it ideal for technical drawing, note-taking and writing that requires precision. You use this type of writing instrument when you write or draw a lot and want to avoid the annoyance of pencils that become blunt.

Why choose the 0.7 mm variant?
The 0.7 mm lead gives a slightly thicker line than standard 0.5 mm mechanical pencils, which results in fewer breaking leads and a clearer stroke. This thickness is perfect if you apply a little more pressure while writing or if you want to make clearly legible notes without the lead constantly breaking.

The ergonomic grip makes all the difference
The rubberised grip zone ensures you hold the mechanical pencil comfortably, even during long periods of use. This ergonomic zone prevents your fingers from slipping and reduces hand fatigue. The retractable tip protects the delicate point when you store or transport the mechanical pencil.

Practical benefit of the extra-long eraser
This Faber-Castell model has an extra-long eraser, which means you can go longer with the same eraser before you need to replace it. So you will need to buy new erasers less often. Store the mechanical pencil with the tip retracted to prevent damage, and make sure you have spare 0.7 mm leads at home.
