When do you need refill leads?
Refill leads are essential when your mechanical pencil is empty and you want to be able to write or draw again. Instead of buying an entirely new pencil, you simply replace the used-up lead with a new one. This is not only more economical, but also more sustainable than disposable pencils.

Why choose the 0.7 mm thickness?
The 0.7 mm thickness offers a good balance between precision and durability. This lead thickness is thicker than the finer 0.5 mm variant, so the lead is less likely to break while writing. At the same time, you still get a reasonably fine line that is suitable for both writing and technical drawing.

What does hardness H mean?
The H hardness stands for a hard graphite composition that produces lighter, sharper lines than softer graphite. This hardness is ideal for technical drawings, schematic representations and situations where you need precise, thin lines that do not fade quickly. The graphite wears down more slowly than with softer varieties.

Practical benefits of this packaging
With 12 leads in one box, you have enough supply for a long time. The leads are universally compatible with most 0.7 mm mechanical pencils from various brands. Store the box in a dry place to prevent the graphite leads from becoming brittle. Thanks to the Faber-Castell quality, you get consistent performance with every lead.
