When do you need thick mechanical pencil leads?
These 1.4 mm Super-Polymer leads are ideal when you draw, sketch or make technical drawings a lot. Thanks to the extra thick diameter, they break less easily than thin leads and are perfect for work where you apply a lot of pressure. They are also indispensable for filling in large areas or creating thick lines.

Why choose the 1.4 mm thickness?
The 1.4 mm thickness gives you the perfect balance between strength and precision. This thickness is thick enough not to break during intensive use, but still precise enough for detailed work. You can draw both thin lines and broader strokes with it, depending on the angle at which you hold the mechanical pencil.

What does hardness grade B mean?
Hardness grade B stands for a soft lead that draws dark, rich lines. This soft composition ensures a smooth writing experience and makes the leads suitable for artistic work, sketching and situations where you want dark, clearly visible lines. They do wear down faster than harder leads, but give a much more intense result.

Practical tip for use
These leads fit mechanical pencils that are suitable for 1.4 mm leads - so always check first that your mechanical pencil has the correct opening. The packaging contains 6 pieces, which is sufficient for long-term use. Store the leads in the original box to prevent breakage, and make sure your mechanical pencil is clean before inserting a new lead.
