When do you need lead refills?
Lead refills are essential spares for your mechanical pencil. When your lead runs out or breaks while writing or drawing, you simply replace it with a new one from the holder. These 0.35 mm leads are ideal for detailed work where you need fine lines.

Why choose the 0.35 mm thickness?
The 0.35 mm thickness offers you a good balance between precision and durability. You can use it to draw fine details and write small letters, while the lead is less likely to break than thinner variants such as 0.3 mm. For technical drawing, architecture or detailed writing, this thickness is an excellent choice.

What does hardness grade HB mean?
HB stands for the hardness grade of the graphite and sits exactly in the middle between hard and soft. These leads give you a dark grey line that is clearly visible, but also erase easily. HB is the most versatile hardness grade for everyday use, for both writing and sketching.

Checking compatibility
Before you order these leads, check whether your mechanical pencil is suitable for 0.35 mm leads. Most mechanical pencils are designed specifically for one thickness. The handy tube contains 12 leads, enough for long-lasting use. Store the tube in a dry place to prevent breakage.
