What does this product do?
This Faber-Castell watercolour brush has been specially developed for watercolour and aquarelle techniques. The 6 ml water reservoir means you always have water on hand to mix your paint or clean your brush. You don't need a separate water glass or dish, which makes this ideal for sketching on the go or on location.

Why choose this water brush?
The synthetic bristles deliver paint evenly and hold their shape well. This makes the brush suitable for a range of watercolour techniques, from glazes to wet-in-wet work. Its versatility makes it perfect for hobby artists, professionals and even in educational settings.

Handy 6 ml water reservoir
The built-in water reservoir holds exactly 6 ml of water, which is enough for several hours of painting without refilling. Press lightly on the barrel to send water to the brush tip, so you can dose the amount of water perfectly. This prevents your watercolour paint from becoming too diluted or your artwork from becoming waterlogged.

Practical extra feature
The cap of this water brush can be used for scratching and scraping techniques in your watercolour work. This lets you create texture effects, highlights or lines in wet paint. This technique adds extra dimension to your artworks and opens up creative possibilities that you can't achieve with an ordinary brush.
