Extra soft modelling clay specially for children. Hardens in the oven in 30 minutes and inspires creativity with safe materials according to the EN71 standard.
When do you choose this product?
What creative projects do you use modelling clay for?
FIMO kids modelling clay has been specially developed for children who want to learn to model and make small works of art. You use this oven-hardening clay to make little figures, jewellery, magnets or other decorative objects that you then want to keep permanently.
Why choose this child-friendly variant?
This FIMO kids variant has been specially adapted to children's needs and feels extra soft. This means little hands can knead and shape the clay more easily without having to exert too much force. The clay meets the EN71 safety standard, which means it is safe for children to use.
How does the hardening process work?
After modelling, harden your creations in the oven for 30 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius. This relatively low temperature and short time make it suitable for home use. Once hardened, your artwork becomes permanent and you can paint or decorate it further if you wish.
Practical tips for use and storage
With 42 grams of clay you can make several small projects or one larger object. The packaging is resealable, so you can keep the clay fresh between different craft sessions. Make sure you have enough clay for your project – for larger creations you may need several blocks. Store unused clay at room temperature and knead it thoroughly before you start modelling.

Dex knows - user tips
Bake your creation for 30 minutes at 110 °C in the oven — do not use a microwave for this, and preferably set aside a separate oven tray that you no longer use for food.
