What is crêpe paper and when do you need it?
Crêpe paper is a versatile craft material that you use for decorations, flower making and all kinds of creative projects. Thanks to its crinkled texture, the paper has a unique look and is easy to shape and fold. You need this material when you want to make flowers, create party decorations or have children do a craft project.

Why choose this yellow size?
This roll, 500 mm wide and 2.5 metres long, provides enough material for medium to large projects. The yellow colour adds cheerful accents to your creations and combines well with other colours. The 500 mm width gives you the flexibility to make large decorative elements as well as to cut the roll into narrower strips for detailed work.

Important feature: sensitivity to moisture
This crêpe paper has the property that its colour can run when the paper becomes damp. You should take this into account in your planning, especially for projects where the paper may come into contact with moisture. For dry applications this is not a problem and you can use the paper without any issues.

Practical tip for use and storage
Store the roll dry and away from damp environments to prevent unwanted colour bleeding. When crafting, you can actually make use of the moisture sensitivity by lightly dampening the paper for soft colour gradients. Always cut along the grain for the best results, and unroll the paper carefully to avoid tearing.
