What is crêpe paper and when do you use it?
Crêpe paper is a versatile craft material with a distinctive crinkled texture. You use it for decorations, making flowers, gift wrapping and a variety of craft projects. Thanks to its flexible properties, it is easy to shape and fold.

Why choose this size of 500 mm × 2.5 m?
This roll width of 500 mm gives you enough working space for larger projects without having to glue several strips together. With a length of 2.5 metres, you have enough material for multiple creations or one larger project. The dark purple colour gives your craftwork a rich, deep appearance.

The benefit of water-resistant properties
This crêpe paper is water-resistant, which means it retains its shape when it becomes damp. In addition, it does not release colour when in contact with moisture. This combination is essential when working with glue, paint or other damp materials, or when making decorations that may be exposed to moisture.

Practical tip for optimal use
Store the crêpe paper in a dry place and unroll it carefully to prevent tearing. The water-resistant property means you can work with water-based glues and paints without worry. For the best results, you can use the natural structure of the paper by folding or stretching it in the direction of the crinkles.
