When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These special folding sheets are designed for making the Bascetta star, a three-dimensional origami star that is popular as a Christmas decoration. The tracing paper gives the finished star an elegant, light-permeable appearance. You use this product when you want to make an impressive decorative star for the holidays or as a creative project.
Why the 150×150 mm size is ideal
The square 150×150 mm format offers the perfect balance between workability and end result. This size is large enough to fold comfortably, yet compact enough for an elegant star that doesn't become too dominant in your interior. The format is specifically tailored to the proportions needed for a well-proportioned Bascetta star.
The strength of 115 g/m² tracing paper
The paper weight of 115 g/m² provides the right sturdiness during folding without the paper tearing at sharp creases. At the same time, the transparent character is preserved, so light can shine beautifully through the finished star. This weight is heavier than ordinary folding paper, which is essential for the stability of the complex three-dimensional shape.
Practical benefits of this pack
The pack contains 32 sheets, which is enough for one complete Bascetta star with a few spare sheets in case of mistakes. The included folding guide takes you step by step through the folding process.
