What does this product do?

A motif punch like this one is designed to cut a shaped piece out of flat material with a single press, in this case a unicorn. You mainly use this kind of punch for craft projects where you quickly need several identical little figures, for example for cards, scrapbooking or decorations. The catch tray ensures that the punched-out shapes are neatly caught instead of falling loose onto your worktop.

Why this punch size?

With a punch size of 38 mm you get a figure that is large enough to show the details of the unicorn clearly, but still compact enough to use on smaller surfaces such as greeting cards. This size works well for projects where you want to place several motifs next to each other without them taking up too much space.

Which materials can you punch?

This punch is suitable for aluminium craft card, moosgummi, cardboard, paper and cardstock. That means you are not limited to standard paper, but can also work with thicker or other materials for, for example, 3D effects or sturdier applications. Do note that each material requires a slightly different amount of pressure, so always test on a scrap piece first when working with a new type of material.
