What is Bascetta star folding paper and when do you use it?
This special folding paper is designed for making the popular Bascetta star, a three-dimensional decorative star folded from several identical units. You need this pack when you want to try this specific origami technique or when you are looking for a creative project for the festive season or special occasions.

Why this exact size and quantity?
The 150×150 mm size is precisely tailored to the Bascetta star technique and ensures the right proportions in your final result. With 32 sheets, you get exactly enough material to make several stars or to allow for any mistakes in folding while you are learning.

The benefits of white-transparent 115 g/m² paper
The transparent quality of this paper creates an elegant, light-permeable star that looks especially beautiful in artificial or daylight. At 115 grams per square metre, the paper has the ideal thickness: sturdy enough to hold sharp folds, yet pliable enough to work with easily without tearing.

Practical tip: use the included instructions
The pack contains a Dutch folding guide that takes you through the process step by step. Begin by studying the instructions carefully before you start, and lay out all 32 sheets in advance. Make sure you have good lighting while folding, so you can make the most of the transparent qualities of the paper and maintain precision.
