What does this product do?
Document trays are indispensable for keeping and sorting documents neatly on your desk or in cupboards. You use them when you want to separate different papers while keeping them well organised, for example by project, client or urgency.

Why this DIN C4 format?
These HAN document trays are suitable for formats up to DIN C4, which means you can fit not only A4 documents but also larger envelopes and folders. The wide format offers extra space for thicker stacks or wider documents that would otherwise not fit well.

Clever stacking feature for more space
What makes these trays special is that you can stack them both directly on top of each other and offset (shifted). With offset stacking, the contents of each tray remain clearly visible and accessible, even when you place several trays on top of one another. The wide grip cut-out makes it easy to pick up your documents without disturbing other stacks.

Practical details for everyday use
Each tray has room for a labelling clip (type 1021), so you can clearly label the contents. The high-gloss polystyrene material is easy to clean and retains its professional appearance. You receive 10 pieces in a single package, ideal for setting up a complete filing system or for use by several colleagues.
