What does this product do?
Document trays organise your paperwork on the desk or in the cupboard. You use them for sorting documents, temporarily storing incoming post or structuring project files. These HAN KLASSIK trays are suitable for formats up to DIN C4, so in addition to standard A4 documents you can also store larger envelopes and folders.

Why choose this format?
With dimensions of 255 x 348 x 65 mm, these trays offer space for various document formats up to C4 size. The wide greifausschnitt (finger recess) makes it easy to grab your documents, even when the tray is full. This makes them more practical than narrower alternatives.

Stackable system for flexible storage
These document trays can be stacked both directly on top of each other and offset (shifted). With offset stacking, all trays remain easily accessible because the front edges do not disappear completely behind one another. This creates a clear system in which you can reach each layer without removing the trays above.

Practical organisation tip
Each tray has space for a labelling clip (model 1021 from HAN). Use it to label each tray clearly, so you can see at a glance where specific documents belong. You receive 10 pieces in one pack, ideal for setting up a complete filing system or for use by several colleagues.
