When do you need a card index box?
A card index box is indispensable when you want to organise a lot of information on cards and be able to find it quickly. This HAN card index box is suitable for organising A6 cards in landscape format, so you can keep your data neatly arranged. Perfect for administration, customer files, recipe collections or study material.

Why A6 landscape format?
The A6 landscape format offers the ideal balance between compactness and writing space. Your cards lie wide in the box, so you can write more text on a single line and scan information more quickly. This format works perfectly with standard index cards and offers enough space for detailed notes without being unwieldy.

Stability through thoughtful design
The card index box is made from polystyrene and is supplied with 2 support plates that keep your cards upright. The sliding visibility guides allow you to mark different categories and quickly find the right section. Thanks to the rubber feet, the box stands stably on your desk without slipping during use.

Practical storage tip for saving space
A handy feature of this card index box is that you can place it inside its own lid when you are using it. This saves desk space and prevents the lid from getting lost. The labelling field on the front helps you identify the contents when you use several card index boxes. With dimensions of 177 x 360 x 140 mm, it fits well on most desks.
