When do you need a spacious letter tray?
This HAN letter tray is suitable for documents up to DIN C4 format, so you can also store larger items such as leaflets, catalogues and A4 documents without folding them. Thanks to the extra height of 105 mm, you can fit a considerable stack of paperwork, which is handy if you handle a lot of post or documents.

Why choose this XXL format?
The XXL format offers more capacity than standard letter trays, so you need to empty them less often. With dimensions of 255 x 348 x 105 mm, this tray also fits larger envelopes and documents. You receive 2 pieces straight away, which is practical for different categories of documents or multiple workstations.

Flexible arrangement for every situation
These letter trays can be stacked either directly on top of each other or staggered (offset). This gives you flexibility in how you arrange them, depending on your available space and how you want to reach the trays. The wide finger grip ensures you can easily take out documents, even from a stacked configuration.

Practical organisation features
The letter tray has room for a labelling clip (type 1021), so you can clearly label each tray. This helps you organise different document categories or departments. The high-gloss black finish gives a professional look that suits modern office environments.
