When do you need an XL letter tray?
These HAN KLASSIK XXL letter trays are specifically designed for documents up to DIN C4 format. You need them when you regularly work with large documents such as reports, drawings, brochures or folders that do not fit in standard A4 letter trays. Thanks to the extra height of 105 mm, they also offer more room for thicker stacks of documents.

Why choose the transparent XXL format?
The crystal-clear transparent material lets you see at a glance which documents are inside, without having to move the tray. The dimensions of 255 x 348 x 105 mm make these trays suitable for larger office environments where a lot of documentation circulates. You receive two pieces directly, ideal for organising different document categories.

Flexible stacking options
A key advantage is that you can stack these letter trays either directly on top of each other or staggered (offset). This gives you flexibility in arranging them on your desk or in a cabinet. The wide grip cutout (handle) at the front ensures easy access, even when the trays are stacked.

Practical organisation tip
There is space provided for a labelling clip (type 1021), so you can label each tray clearly. This is especially useful if you use multiple trays for different departments or projects. The polystyrene material is sturdy enough for daily office use and, thanks to the high-gloss finish, keeps its transparent appearance for a long time.
