Handy 6-part cardboard dividers that sort your documents neatly. The colour coding and blank tabs let you arrange things your way, perfect for filing folders.
When do you choose this product?
Who is this file folder intended for?
A file folder is used to organise documents clearly into different categories within a single folder. This Herlitz variant is ideal when you want to divide A4 documents across six different topics or projects, and you want to see at a glance where each section begins thanks to the coloured tabs.
Why choose the 6-part system?
With six tabs, you have enough room to keep different topics separate without losing track of things. The colour coding in orange, red, green, blue and two yellows helps you quickly find the right section. The extended format means the tabs stick out above your documents, so they always remain visible.
Durable and functional design
This file folder is made from Manila recycled cardboard, so you are choosing an eco-friendly option without compromising on sturdiness. The material withstands daily use and keeps your documents well protected. The blank index sheets give you the freedom to decide for yourself how you want to label each section.
Practical compatibility
Thanks to the standard Euro punching, these file folders fit perfectly in any A4 ring binder or ordner. The dimensions of 240 x 297 mm ensure that all standard A4 documents fit effortlessly into the compartments. You can write or stick labels on the blank index sheets as you wish to tailor your system exactly to your needs.
