When do you need a 2-ring binder?
A 2-ring binder is used for organising documents that you want to consult or add to regularly. This type of folder is ideal for project files, manuals or administration where you frequently need to add or remove sheets. The 2-ring mechanism makes it easy to quickly file documents without complicated handling.

Why choose this compact cardboard format?
With a spine width of 25 mm and a filling height of 14 mm, this folder is perfect for smaller files that won't become too thick. The cardboard material keeps the folder lightweight and suitable for daily use, without the bulk of thick plastic folders. You get 5 pieces straight away, which is handy for setting up a complete filing system.

Practical details of the 2-ring mechanism
The 2-ring mechanism allows you to insert documents easily without having to open the entire folder. This saves time when you want to quickly add a document between existing papers. The mechanism is designed for A4 format and holds your documents securely in place.

Extra functionality thanks to clever details
These Herlitz folders come with 2 practical rubber elastic bands that keep the folder closed during transport. This prevents documents from falling out when you move the folder. The black branded print on the folder helps you keep your archive well organised.
