When do you need a compact 2-ring binder?
This herlitz easyorga ring binder is ideal for organising limited amounts of documents that you consult regularly. With the 2-ring mechanism, you can easily add or remove loose sheets without having to open the entire folder. This size is perfect for project folders, course material or administration that you use actively.

Why choose a 25 mm spine width?
The 25 mm spine width offers room for a fill height of 14 mm, which corresponds to roughly 140 sheets of paper. This is a handy middle size: not too thick for daily use, but still ample space for a substantial amount of documents. You can easily take the folder with you, and it still fits well in most bags and drawers.

Practical organisation options
The ring binder has a black organisation print on the inside, which helps you systematically arrange your documents. The 2 practical rubber bands ensure that loose papers don't fall out of the folder and keep everything neatly in place. This is especially useful if you often transport the folder or carry it in a bag.

Good value when ordering in packs of 5
This product is supplied in a pack of 5, which is practical if you want to organise several projects or for office use where different employees need their own folders. You can also use them to keep different subjects separate, such as finances, projects and correspondence.
