When do you need a lever arch file?
A lever arch file is used for organising and archiving large quantities of documents that you consult regularly. Thanks to the lever mechanism, you can quickly and easily add or remove paper without emptying the entire file. This type of file is ideal for active case files, contracts or administration that is updated frequently.

Why choose this A4 format?
The A4 format matches the most commonly used document size in the Netherlands. This HERMA file has an orange colour that stands out among other files, so you can quickly find your important case files. The coloured system helps you categorise different subjects or projects in your archive.

What makes the quality lever mechanism special?
The quality lever mechanism provides a reliable closure that continues to function well even with frequent use. The mechanism holds your documents firmly in place, while still allowing you to add or move them easily. The sturdy cardboard construction contributes to a long lifespan for the file.

Practical details for everyday use
The finger hole in the spine makes it easy to take the file out of the cupboard, even when it is standing between other files. The Softtouch surface provides a pleasant grip and prevents the file from slipping out of your hands. The printed inside spine offers space for noting the contents, so you always know what is in the file without having to open it.
