What does a lever arch file do, and when do you need one?
A lever arch file is designed for filing documents you consult regularly. Thanks to the lever mechanism, you can quickly add or remove paperwork without having to punch holes each time. This type of file is mainly used for active folders, project documentation or administration that is still in progress.

Why choose the A4 format in this green version?
The A4 format suits the standard office environment in the Netherlands and Belgium, where almost all documents are this size. The green colour helps you organise your archive by applying colour coding. This way, you can visually distinguish different categories of documents and find what you're looking for more quickly.

The softtouch surface makes the difference
The softtouch surface gives this lever arch file a pleasant grip and prevents it from slipping out of your hands. This surface is also less prone to fingerprints and everyday wear than smooth materials. The sturdy cardboard ensures the file keeps its shape, even with intensive use.

Practical in use
The finger hole in the spine makes it easy to pull the file out of a cupboard or shelf without disturbing other files. The printed inside cover gives the file a neat appearance and offers space for labels or notes. Thanks to the quality lever mechanism, opening and closing is smooth, which is important if you use the file often.
