What are lever arch file spine labels for?
Lever arch file spine labels are specially designed for labelling the spine of ring binders and lever arch files. You use them to keep your filing organised by giving folders a clear description. These labels help you find your documents quickly without having to open every file.

Why choose this narrow format?
These HERMA labels measure 192×34 mm, a narrow and short format. This size fits perfectly on the spine of standard ring binders and narrower lever arch files. Thanks to the rounded corners, the labels stay in place better and are less likely to peel away at the edges.

Permanent adhesive and opaque finish
The labels have a permanent adhesive layer, meaning they stay firmly in place once applied. They have an opaque finish, so underlying text or the colour of the file cannot show through the label. The white border around the edge gives a professional look and ensures your text is easy to read.

Universal printer compatibility
You can print these labels with inkjet, laser and copier machines, offering plenty of flexibility. The pack contains 800 labels spread across 100 A4 sheets, which means there are 8 labels per sheet. This layout makes it easy to print exactly the number of labels you need for your project.
