When should you choose file spine labels?
File spine labels ensure a professional and well-organised archive of your documents. You stick these labels on the spine of your lever arch files to clearly identify the contents without having to take the file out of the cabinet. This saves time when searching for specific folders and keeps your office organised.

Why choose the 192×38 mm format?
These narrow, short labels are specially designed for files with a limited spine width. The compact size of 192×38 mm fits perfectly on thin files and ring binders, while still leaving room for all the important information on the label. The rounded corners prevent the labels from curling or tearing.

Permanent adhesion and opaque coverage
These HERMA labels have permanent adhesion, so they stay firmly in place without coming loose. The opaque material ensures that underlying text or colours do not show through, even when you stick them over existing labels. The border around the label gives a neat finish.

Compatibility with all printers
You can use these labels with inkjet printers, laser printers and copiers, offering maximum flexibility regardless of your office equipment. The set contains 700 labels spread over 100 A4 sheets, so you can get started straight away. For best results, you can use templates suitable for the L4760 format.
