When do you need an A5 document folder?
An A5 document folder is ideal when you want to store and transport smaller documents, notes and important papers in an organised way. This format is perfect for schoolwork, university documents or office papers that you regularly need to have to hand. The compact size of 250 x 180 mm easily fits in most backpacks, handbags or desk drawers.

Why choose a press-stud closure?
The press-stud closure keeps your documents securely enclosed, even when the folder is shaken or turned around on the go. Unlike elastic bands or paper clips, a press stud cannot wear out or break, so you can rely on a dependable closure for a long time. This makes the folder particularly suitable for daily use at school, university or the office.

Advantage of the transparent document pocket
The transparent front allows you to see at a glance which documents are inside the folder, without having to open it. This saves time when looking for specific papers and helps you stay organised. The PP material is durable and protects your documents against moisture and dirt.

Practical tip for use
This green HERMA document folder is suitable for standard A5 paper and can hold either a few sheets or thinner documents. Preferably store the folder upright in a drawer or pen holder so you can easily access the contents. For optimal lifespan, it is advisable not to force the press stud when the folder is too full.
